Welcome to the online edition of the Villanova Law Review, the flagship academic journal of Villanova University School of Law. This website provides the legal community with convenient access to our recent issues, information about symposia and events, and submission guidelines. In addition, we have created Tolle Lege, a dedicated online journal which showcases articles by members of the bench, bar, and academia on timely legal issues.
Founded in 1956, the Villanova Law Review is a student-run and student-edited journal devoted to the advancement of legal scholarship. We accept submissions representing diverse viewpoints on a range of issues, and all articles undergo a rigorous editorial process. We publish at least five issues each academic year, including a Symposium issue and the annual Third Circuit Review.
